The benefits of having a coach or trainer means that you have someone who can check your form and technique and keep you on track for your goals and progressions but more importantly be your own personal cheerleader, checking in on your energy and stress levels, giving you a wee boost of motivation when you need it the most. Personal training isn’t just someone telling you what exercises to do, but giving you the belief that anything is possible if you are willing to work for it. All plans and sessions are bespoke to your needs and the goals and habits you are setting your sights on.

All plans are based on a monthly subscription. I would recommend a minimum of 2 months to get started to find consistency and a training pattern that works for you. A minimum of 14 days is required to cancel or pause the subscription.

  • Regular check-ins for feedback, support and motivation

  • Add a 1-2-1 session ad-hoc with Lynette if you want to go over technique, form or just want some general advice.*

Run and Strength Training

Strength sessions as well as a fully bespoke run training plan for whatever running or strength goal you have is the best way to see good progression through consistency in your training. You will have full accountability with regular 1-2-1 sessions as well as keeping an eye on your online training plan between sessions.

Please note that I do not offer 1-1 run sessions, all runs are done in your own time and only strength training will be offered 1-1.
